I am so excited to share here that I have been offered a spot in the Estudio Corazon Artist in Residence program at Ghost Ranch in New Mexico.
I received the call on July 13th and I have been in a flurry of activity preparing ever since. My residency begins in one week ~ dates August 29th to September 25th.
This is a blessing in the life of any artist and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. The time to breathe in my surroundings and center myself and focus on my relationship with my work.

I have shipped a mammoth supply of canvas and paint to the ranch already and I have repacked my suitcase seven times.

I will be posting here on my website updates and work from Georgia O’Keeffe’s territory of purple mountains and red earth and dinosaur bones.
